Governor Ron DeSantis and FDOT Announce $1.4 Billion Westshore Area Interchange Construction Project

Tallahassee, Fla. — Today, Governor Ron DeSantis and the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) announced $1.4 billion for the reconstruction of the I-275/SR 60 Westshore Area Interchange in Tampa. The project is set to take place in fiscal year 2023-2024.

Tampa, FL, October 24, 2019 – The City of Tampa and the Tampa Parks and Recreation Department are soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide planning services in the development of a comprehensive Parks and Recreation Master Plan, providing direction and priorities required to meet the city’s parks and recreation needs of our residents well into the future.

HTNA will be holding a membership meeting and announce the new 2020-2023 HTNA Board of Directors on 11/18/19 at the C. Blythe Andrews Branch Library, 2607 East Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Tampa, FL 33610 in the Matthew Gregory Community Room, 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Nominations are now open for our upcoming elections. Any HTNA member in good standing can be nominated, please be aware that the term will be for 3 years.
